“I’ve Handled Lots of These Cases”

It’s always been easy for a lawyer to claim, “I’ve handled lots of these cases,” to try to get hired by a client. Now, thanks to District Clerk Loren Jackson, who has brought the courthouse into the late 20th century, if not the 21st, it’s easy for a client, at least in Harris County, to verify the claim.

Go here; search for the lawyer by name (blue box at bottom of page):

On the results page, pick the right lawyer. Click on him:

From the next page, copy his bar number into your clipboard:

Now go here, click on the “criminal” tab under “Search Our Records and Documents”:

Paste the bar number into the “Bar Number” space:

You’ll see a list of cases, ordered by file date descending; they can be sorted by other fields (like “type of action / offense”) instead. These are all of the lawyer’s cases (at least all of them in the last couple of decades), except for those that have been expunged. So the big wins—the not guilties—will not, for the most part, appear in this list (dismissals, which become expungeable only after some time has passed, will). To see those, you will have to have a JIMS (Justice Information Management System) account, or go use the public terminals on the third floor of the criminal courthouse. But from the comfort of your own home you can at least tell from this whether the lawyer has in fact handled “lots of these cases,” whatever these cases and your definition of “lots” are (our exemplar makes my artisanal practice seem high-volume by contrast).

(If this helps you choose your lawyer, send a note of thanks to Loren Jackson, who is working to make the courthouse friendlier not only to the lawyers who frequent it, but also to the laymen who are forced into association with it.)

  1. You didn’t include a link to the Harris County Clerk’s site. That’s one…

There was an old farmer, who married a beautiful young girl in town.
They rode back to the farmhouse, after their wedding, in his horse-drawn carriage.
While they were riding, the horse saw a snake and bucked. The farmer told the horse “that’s one.”, and the horse calmed down and started pulling the carriage carefully.

Then, in the distance, a coyote howled, and the horse bucked again. The farmer said, a little more sternly, “that’s two,” and the horse gently pulled the carriage onward.

A little later, they heard an own hooting in one of the trees, and the horse, startled, bucked yet again. The farmer said “that’s three,” climbed out of the carriage, and shot the horse.

His new bride was horrified. She screamed and said “how can we get the carriage back the the farm? Are you crazy? That was a valuable animal!”

The farmer looked at his wife, and gently, almost under his breath, said:
    “that’s one.”

  2. Mr. B., Appreciate the info. It’s still under construction regarding the criminal listings. It should make a bunch of peoples’ lives much easier. More importantly, the client will now be able to make a dicision based on history vs word of mouth and/or BS. Thanks.

  3. Are you finding that the search function is reliable? I’ve just tried it with several HC defense attorneys and DAs I knew off the top of my head, and consistently got “no search results” in the criminal search. Any advice?

  4. Everyone in Harris County should know the name of the criminal
in sheriff's uniform. It is a matter of protection of innocent children,
and adults to be aware that this creature lies as naturally as he
breathes. Common criminals can steal your purse or even burn your house, but this hardened criminal can cause much more damage and devastation to peaceful residents and his method (I am rock sure about it) is as simple as plain lies, filing charges out of nothingness. His picture should be in every public place, every school, every dining place for your awareness and protection.

His name is Harold Heuzel or H. K. Heuzel, a German individual with looks of a criminal (his eternal soul evedently punishes him). He is a former dentist, and his current dreams is to be lifelong taxeater at Harris County Sheriff Department, and get lifelong pension, in part, for arresting innocent people, destroying their lives, and lives of their families. Instead, as I firmly believe he must be arrested today and spend life in Sugar Land's prisons doing manual work.

As noticed the method of criminal Harold Heuzel is simple, he just makes the case of nothingness by simple lies. Remove all his lies and there is absolutely nothing, no one can be arrested. I state that part of his motivation is to target minorities such as jews and mexicans. Remarkable part of his reports is to replace the name of
the imaginable "offender" with Greek letter DELTA, which means SLAVE.

Everyone in Harris County must be aware that the cycle since 1861-1865 had passed, and as Sugar Land championed the United States in illegal slave trade and illegal slave labor, Harris County metropolitan area, which includes Sugar Land, champions Texas, th US, and the rest of the world in incarceration of people. Criminal "crimal" justice at work. Many, many of them MUST never be convicted of anything by any of God's standard because they are either (a) absolutely, totally innocent or (b) convicted for "artificial" crimes such as possession.

The legal mafia is strong today, they designed the books with thousands of crimes modelling the epic crimes of Moctezuma II in Mexico who senfd thousands and thousands of innocent people to their death following his criminal lust for power. Exactly the same is about legal mafia in Texas. But they are doomed, and will be imprisoned for
life, their asserts be seized, and their chilren will be shameful of the their names. They know what they are doing, the amendment XIII makes legal slavery when person
    serves time:

"Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."

The time is to act now. It's all about enslaving people en masses AGAIN. H. K. Heuzel must be serve life in prison , it's only fair.
